A tornadic low-precipitation (LP) supercell thunderstorm drifts across the prairie southwest of Minco Oklahoma on May 3rd, 1999. This storm, known as "storm B", was responsible for producing a family of 20 tornadoes, one of which destroyed a large portion of Mulhall Oklahoma after dark.
